Our CEO- My name is Dietangal Heard, and I will be your Improvement Consultant. I hold a Master's degree in Human Services with a concentration in Organizational Management, two Florida Board Certifications (Substance Abuse and Mental Health), and an International Certification as an Alcohol and Drug counselor.  

Over 39 years in the human services. I've worked with children, teens, families, and adults across every setting- outpatient, residential, inpatient, and corrections- partnering with county, state, and federal organizations along the way. I am a subject matter expert in adolescents, families, and organizational change.

* FADAA’s; 2014 Professional of the Year; Northeast Region

I have a proven history of building strong diverse teams, negotiating for the betterment of the consumer and/or companies. My work is guided by the 3 C’s; Communication, Consistency, and Compassion.
